I am saved by grace and because I believe in the true healer and forgiver, Jesus Christ. I have been married to a wonderful, gentle, respectful, handsome, and loving man for almost 4 years. We have a cute little doggie named Ranger who is happy all the time and stinks a little.

I went to the Doctor today!

I have had this incredible sore throat and headache for a week now so I just had to go. Don't you hate it when you have a horrible headache and all people ask you is, "Are you a little stressed out lately?" Especially at work, that is the first thing people think. Maybe... I am sick. The doctor said I have a sinus infection. I should be fine after I take this freaky medicine my doctor gave me. I am taking this decongestant and I feel a little funny when I am on it. Brings back some memories from my drug era. I don't like that feeling. It is difficult to be around people when I feel that way. I did hang out with the Hansen's tonight, and I did okay. They might have went away saying to themselves, "Stephanie was sure acting weird tonight." Or maybe I am always weird and no one noticed the difference.
Here is what I felt like...

I thought I would take a moment and share with Ranger how God is his Creator. Also that since He made me He can heal me. I take every moment I can to pass on what God has shown me.

I think I am loosing his interest and way over his head.

Okay, that is the stopping signal. He is exhasted from my extensive reading. Oh well, we will have many other opportunities to share the miracle called life together.

Good night everyone. I hope I have entertained many people tonight. Most of all remember that God is our healer, redeemer, forgiver, friend, provider, Savior and many other things. So, of course he can be anything to us at anytime. Tonight Jesus please be my healer. Amen!

Wow, It Has Been Too Long!

Sorry I haven't posted anything for such a long time. Let's see, what is new? Well, last week James and I rearranged our house and updated a few things. I have a hard time with this kind of change. James has been wanting to do this for a while now but I have resisted. Change in seasons is fun, new clothes I love, meeting new friends is adventureous but moving furnature I just don't like. After he taked me into it, it wasn't too bad. I like showing pictures when I blog so, let's go back in time a little, and I will show you what our house looked like before we got our hands on it and after what God has blessed us with. Just take a guess at what is before and after...

Anyways...

Work has been extremely busy, but exciting! So many things are always changing so burnout is hard to come by for me. Recently we completed our summer program and I was able to thank everyone for all their hard work. Also I addressed the parents on how much we need their partnership in order to help their kids move forward. I love taking those opportunities to encourage. After this event, one of the kids came up to me and said, "Can I thank my favorite for everything they did this summer?" I said, "Sure, who is your favorite?" and he said "All of them." So I shouted to everyone to get their attention so he could say thank you to all the staff. It was so incredibly cute. If you knew the kids that we serve and how roudy they can be this would have just grabbed your heart. I love that my staff can hear it from a child's mouth how much they are appreciated because it means so much more.

Our Fouth!

It was fun to be home for the first time in Park City to see so many people shooting off fireworks. In Park City there are no height limitations. Around our house, there were miny shows going on. It was really beautiful. It really reminded me that we really haven't seen anything yet in comparison to what power God has. He spoke and the world appeared. He spoke and light was there. He said, "The water in the sky and on the ground you separate," and it did. Yeah, there is more in store for these eyes to see. Here are some pictures of our miny explosions of light and sound.

Don't worry, I got out the way. My mom had to remind me to do that better.

Back from the mountains!

This is our first and last hike of the trip. We did more sight seeing and driving this year. Not that I didn't like this hike, but we wanted to do something different this year. If any of you are familiar with Denver, this is just west of the Red Rocks Ampetheater. The Amazing Race started their races last season from here.
And we continue to hike up this mountain for 3 miles at an elevation of about 7000 ft.
The next day we went to a little town called Georgetown just 45 miles west of Denver. We took a train ride around that area and ate lunch there. Then we drove down to the town and did some shopping. This town is right in the valley of two mountains. It is such a cute town!

The next day we went to the Downtown Aquarium in Denver. There were 1 million gallons of water fun! Here are a couple just a couple of the 100 pictures we took there. James really likes his camera and takes many, many pictures. The first one is a lion fish. I thought he was really cute and needed a little cheering up. So we took his picture. He didn't look any happier afterwards unfortunately. Last, after seeing thousands of different water creatures we were able to pet sting rays. Yes, sting rays. They told us to lightly rub their sides and they liked it! They were slimey.

We did many other things, but I didn't want to bore you to death. Also, it has taken me a while to post these so I thought I would get to the bottom of things. We still plan to travel out to Colorado Springs to see the Ross' for a couple days. We are looking for someone to come with us. James is going to do some asking around. Anyway, I hope you enjoy or pictures! Love you all!
